Job Summary
Support a large practice by performing pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining and verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks, and monitoring patients' physiological condition during anesthesia. Responsibilities include induction, maintenance, emergence from anesthesia, and performing clinical interventions as needed. This position is for Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) in a collaborative care team model, providing comprehensive anesthesia services in a recognized teaching hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
- Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines
