Job Summary
In this Wells Fargo role, the Mortgage Retail Sales Consultant focuses on soliciting residential mortgages from various sources, presenting loan options, and guiding clients through the loan application while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing loan needs, negotiating terms, providing information about loans, building relationships, and generating loans within Home Lending. Must meet SAFE/NMLS requirements, maintain regulatory compliance, and be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Requires strong verbal/written communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of mortgage processes and referrals generation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
