Job Summary
Mortgage Retail Sales Consultant in CA-WA responsible for soliciting residential mortgages, producing high-quality compliant loans, building relationships with realtors, builders, and financial professionals, and maintaining visibility of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplace. Role includes presenting loan programs, quoting rates and points, analyzing client needs, reviewing real estate appraisals/title reports, obtaining customer applications, ensuring regulatory compliance (SAFE/LO requirements), and maintaining proactive client communication to achieve loan production targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience
- SAFE registration at time of employment
- Knowledge of mortgage industry and underwriting requirements
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
