Job Summary
Mortgage Retail Sales Consultant role focusing on soliciting residential mortgages, quoting rates and points, processing applications, and building relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and financial partners. Responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction, understanding real estate appraisals and title reports, staying informed of mortgage industry trends in the assigned market, and ensuring compliance with SAFE licensing requirements and LO regulations. Requires ability to evaluate client needs against loan programs, analyze financial and credit data, and communicate mortgage programs, policies, and procedures to prospective and existing customers. Emphasis on proactive customer communication and adherence to underwriting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mortgage Retail Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
