Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Oversee patient care programs and drive growth through identifying business opportunities and implementing solutions that improve performance. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps while maintaining a culture of empathy and collaboration. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting, aligning the team around purpose to deliver better outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
