Job Summary
Manage pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager, overseeing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Direct pharmacy technician support staff, balance assignments to maximize strengths and address development needs, and implement solutions to drive growth and performance. Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy while maintaining a culture of empathy, collaboration, and pride. Adapt to changing community healthcare settings to deliver better outcomes and differentiate the pharmacy from competitors. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours, eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
