Job Summary
Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health in Santa Rosa, CA, responsible for safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and immunizations; acts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts, coaches pharmacy team, manages inventory with emphasis on cold chain, ensures compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations, collaborates with the patient’s healthcare team, and supports clinical care services (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible); maintains pharmacy workflow and safety procedures, delivers compassionate patient care, resolves insurance or medication issues, and contributes to a safe, inclusive team environment.

- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 30

- Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $65.00 - $81.00
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
