Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and technician staff. Drive pharmacy profitability through loss prevention, workflow optimization, and financial oversight. Implement patient care programs to improve outcomes and identify critical business opportunities that enhance performance. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Adapt to changing community healthcare needs to deliver compassionate care and differentiate the pharmacy from competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
