Job Summary
The Service Coordinator will support day-to-day service operations by acting as a point of contact for technicians and branches, handling inbound calls for parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting, and managing warranty claims and replacement orders in collaboration with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals and follow-up. The role requires post-secondary Office Administration studies or equivalent, 1–2 years in an inventory/equipment/service-related role, strong Excel and Outlook/calendar skills, excellent organization and multitasking, and customer-service excellence. Prior experience with IFS, Astea, or JDE is an asset. The position is based at the Corporate Head Office in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, and is Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
- one to two years’ experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role
- intermediate Excel skills
- advanced Outlook/calendar proficiency
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- exceptional customer service skills
- experience with IFS, Astea or JDE is an asset
