Job Summary
Conduct field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives to perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests. Assist with warranty and exchange tracking, reconciliation, parts requests, and order processing. Prepare and distribute various service reports while interfacing with vendors for parts pricing and delivery. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. This onsite role in Delta, BC supports Henry Schein's mission to help customers deliver quality care through comprehensive health solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years' experience in inventory control, parts and/or service related role
Desired Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- Technical proficiency, Microsoft office, inventory or service software
