Job Summary
Attend in-person meetings with property owners to explain services and assess properties for tenant suitability. Advise clients on market conditions and provide guidance throughout the leasing process while reaching and exceeding monthly targets. Maintain a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle for client travel. Available to work extended hours. Multilingual skills and advanced negotiation abilities are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field
- high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field
- Must obtain a valid drivers license
- your own reliable vehicle
- Advanced sales skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- People-person, professional and outgoing
- Available to work extended hours
- Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas
