Job Summary
Attend in-person meetings with property owners to explain services and assess properties for tenant suitability. Advise clients on market conditions while guiding them through the leasing process with proactive negotiation and problem-solving skills. Reach and exceed monthly targets by traveling to meet prospective clients using your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Work extended hours to support our 24/7 operations across Ontario and Europe, leveraging advanced sales and communication abilities to help clients rent their properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field
- high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field
- Must obtain a valid drivers license
- your own reliable vehicle
- Advanced sales skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- People-person, professional and outgoing
- Available to work extended hours
- Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas
- Must park Real Estate license (if applicable)
