Job Summary
Lead the store's pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching the pharmacy team, overseeing immunizations and counseling, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing, managing pharmacy inventory with emphasis on cold chain, onboarding new technicians/pharmacists, ensuring regulatory compliance with state/federal laws, and partnering with the Store Manager to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Demonstrate empathy and patient-centered care, resolve insurance/medication issues, coach and evaluate staff, and manage scheduling and training to support high-quality clinical care and service delivery in a retail pharmacy setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
