Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading the store’s pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care, counsel patients, immunize, manage inventory with emphasis on cold chain, ensure regulatory compliance, onboard and develop staff, and drive pharmacy performance through coaching and performance reviews. Must hold an active pharmacist license, NPI, and meet licensure and regulatory requirements; 1-2 years of pharmacist experience; capable of managing scheduling, training, and cross-functional collaboration with store leadership to support immunization services, dispensing accuracy, insurance issues, and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
