Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager leads and develops the CVS Health pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, counseling, and immunizations while ensuring safe dispensing, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. Responsibilities include coaching and onboarding pharmacy technicians/pharmacists, managing inventory with emphasis on cold-chain integrity, overseeing bench shifts, driving performance improvements, addressing insurance and medication issues, maintaining scheduling, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with store leadership to uphold safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
