Job Summary
Lead the CVS Pharmacy team in a retail store to deliver patient-centered care: oversee dispensing and immunizations, counsel patients, manage inventory and regulatory compliance, onboard and coach pharmacy staff, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality service. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and pharmacists, maintaining adherence with pharmacy workflow and state/federal regulations, supporting clinical care services (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible), driving performance through coaching, ensuring licensure training completion, and contributing to a positive patient experience and team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
