Job Summary
Conduct in-person showings of available units, follow up on leads, and prepare leasing documents using property standards and regulations. Assist with market evaluations for unleased properties while preserving favorable relations with owners and tenants. Balance the needs of property owners and tenants to achieve occupancy and rental goals. Maintain positive office atmosphere and portray the company image during client interactions. Requires a valid driver's license and own vehicle for client travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 3 years of prior work experience in a related field
- high school Diploma with 4 years of prior work experience in a related field
- Obtain a valid drivers license
- your own reliable vehicle
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
- Advanced sales skills
