Job Summary
Locum tenens Anesthesiologist needed for hospital-based assignments in Burbank, CA. Responsibilities include general anesthesia procedures across multiple specialties (general surgery, trauma, OB, regional, neuro, ortho, vascular) with 2-5 cases per day, and covering 3 shifts per day with call. Paid malpractice insurance and prepaid travel/housing are provided. Flexible assignment lengths (1-4 weeks per month) and competitive hourly compensation ($300-$400/hour) with all-inclusive earnings. Weatherby Healthcare supports the clinician with dedicated consultation and is a charter member of NALTO.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree in Anesthesiology
- Active medical license to practice anesthesiology
- Board certification in Anesthesiology (preferred)
- ABILITY to provide general anesthesia procedures
- Experience in hospital-based anesthesia and perioperative care
