Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family practice services in a multi-site clinic setting, floating among locations to care for patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. Deliver prenatal and postnatal care, family planning services compliant with Title X, and perform annual physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Manage a caseload of approximately 22 patients daily while adhering to a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturdays from 7 am to 3:30 pm and late shift options available.
