Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family practice services in a multi-site clinic setting, providing care for patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. Deliver prenatal and postnatal care, family planning services compliant with Title X, and perform annual physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Manage a caseload of approximately 22 patients daily while floating among various locations. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturdays from 7 am to 3:30 pm; late shifts from 11 am to 7:30 pm are available.
