Job Summary
Conduct prenatal and postnatal care, family planning services, and annual physicals in a multi-site outpatient clinic setting. Manage 22 patients daily while providing immunizations, chronic disease management, and Title X compliant family planning services. Float among locations serving patients from newborns to the elderly. Work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturdays 7 am to 3:30 pm and late shift options available.
