Job Summary
As a CA Donor Center Technician I, you will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain customer service and donor experience, and perform procedures related to donor eligibility and plasma collection. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and may benefit from experience in customer service. - Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic mathematical calculations required
- Effective communication skills required
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
- Three months experience in clerical or customer service position preferred
- Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements
