Job Summary
Part-time District Support Pharmacist providing district-wide coverage for pharmacist scheduling gaps, overseeing pharmacy operations and compliance, and serving as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager. Travel within the district to support market staffing, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and assist with immunizations and patient care. Responsibilities include managing workflow procedures, coaching the pharmacy team, protecting cold chain inventory, staying current with trainings/CMEs, and delivering clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible, while maintaining patient privacy and adhering to all applicable laws and CVS Health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
