CA District Support Pharmacist PT

Part-time District Support Pharmacist responsible for covering pharmacist scheduling gaps and supporting pharmacy teams across the district. Duties include safe and accurate dispensing, immunizations, patient counseling, managing pharmacy workflow, assisting with insurance/medication issues, maintaining inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts. Requires travel within the district, active pharmacist license in the applicable state, active NPI, ability to travel, and regular attendance including nights/weekends. Demonstrates compassionate care, collaborates with the patient’s healthcare team, and supports clinical care services where permissible (e.g., COVID/Flu testing, hormonal contraception). Exceptional communication, math, and problem-resolution skills are essential. Occasional lifting and physical demands are noted. This part-time role offers competitive pay and benefits eligibility.
