Job Summary
District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, support the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader in operations, supervise safe and accurate dispensing, immunization administration, inventory management with focus on cold chain, and coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with all laws and CVS Health policies; travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing and fill shifts as needed, including bench shifts when acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
