Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address development opportunities, then identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance. Lead with empathy for patients and customers, actively contribute to a caring team culture, and implement solutions to achieve specified goals. This part-time role requires an active pharmacy license, immunization certification, and no felony convictions, with weekly hours of 20.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
