Job Summary
Supervise and lead all assigned security personnel during daily operations, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and Treston Security Services management. Conduct routine inspections and patrols to identify security risks, safety hazards, or policy violations while ensuring officers comply with post orders and company policies. Greet incoming staff, guests, clients, vendors, and business partners professionally, respond to inquiries or complaints, and assist with investigation resolutions in partnership with the client and law enforcement. Interface with security systems including access control devices, intrusion detection systems, alarms, and CCTV, and complete daily and weekly operational reports. Maintain proactive communication regarding site conditions and assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of officers. Provide leadership during emergencies and ensure appropriate response procedures are followed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Security Supervisory experience
- 5+ years of Professional Security Experience
- Must have a valid, non-expired BSIS Guard Card
- Must own a clean, tailored Black Suit, Black Tie, and Black Dress Shoes
- CPR First Aid training and certification
- Experience in Customer Service / Client Engagement
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a reliable means of communication (i.e. phone) and transportation
- Have the ability to commute, or travel up to 20+ miles
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must be willing to participate in the Treston Security Services pre-employment screening process and background investigation
- Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Be an effective team leader with courteous manners
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
