Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end management of Air Force communications systems programs, ensuring objectives are met and deliveries complete on time. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while championing Agile principles aligned with business objectives. Manage strategic initiatives that enhance governance and oversight processes, tracking milestones, mitigating risk, and maintaining clear communication with senior AF leaders and cross-functional teams. Report on project scope, resources, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and transparency on team progress.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related technical field
- 5 - 7 years
- Detailed Oriented Project Manager
- Ability to Excel in Multiple Environments
- Meticulous SCRUM Manager
- Detail Oriented Facilitator
- Analytical Problem-Solving Experience
- Advanced Professional Leadership
- Secret with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
- Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule
- Ability to continue performance during inclement weather or other conditions when others are not permitted to work
- Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to work effectively with a variety of government, military and contractor personnel at all levels
- Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area
- Employment is contingent upon obtaining all required certifications within the timeframe specified in a waiver by the government (if applicable) and maintaining required certifications through the duration of the contract
