Job Summary
C3BM Principal Systems Analyst to support C2BMC and related flight-test activities within the Missile Defense Agency. Responsible for reviewing and updating C2BMC/BOA/ESL-related flight-test participation, software configurations, and test objectives; interfacing with DCC/DCCD and other MDA organizations to define current and future capabilities; developing the Integrated Master Test Plan; assessing test designs against system specifications; coordinating with multiple teams to ensure test readiness and proper documentation across FT events; participating in informal reviews and coordinating with DCC stakeholders through the Board Review process; drafting test requirements inputs and maintaining test configuration documentation; attending planning and execution meetings such as KPM, MPM, MPR, MAR, MRR, and MER to stabilize requirements and communicate status.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and 12+ years and Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
