Job Summary
C3 Presents is seeking a Merchandise Intern to support logistics, operations, and merchandise activities for major music festivals. This paid, in-office, part-time internship offers exposure to festival merchandise lifecycle, retail planning, ecommerce, and brand partnerships, with opportunities to develop leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University
- Must have own laptop to bring to the office
- Availability to work in the Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday (in-person)
- Commit to 15-20 hours per week on a part-time basis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Basic understanding of data analysis for retail business operations
Desired Qualifications
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency (encouraged but not required)
- Preferred interest in music industry, fashion, retail and current trends
- Previous experience (school, internship, or professional) in related fields
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
Additional Requirements
- In-office role in Austin, TX; not remote
- Must be able to commute to the office Tue-Thu
