Job Summary
Conduct safe, efficient, and compliant C208 Caravan flight services by maneuvering the aircraft, monitoring weather and cargo, and verifying fuel and go/no-go decisions. Maintain command during unexpected circumstances, communicate with stations and dispatchers, file FAA reports, and record flight-hours while adhering to rest requirements. Supervise personnel, review daily company bulletins, and submit transmittals and expense reports accurately. Serve as a positive leader, model ethical behavior, and promote the mission of Empire Airlines. This role requires a Commercial Pilot License with SEL and IFR ratings, 1200 total time, and 800 pilot-in-command hours. Starting pay ranges from $1,385 to $1,477 weekly with medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Pilot License with SEL and IFR ratings
- 1200 TT
- 800 PIC
- 500 Cross-Country
- 100 Night
- 75 IFR (50 actual)
- IFR Current and Proficient
- 2nd Class Medical
- Must adhere to the company's FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
- Requires manual dexterity, speaking, seeing and hearing to conduct business
- May be required to work in multiple locations
