C2 Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze C2 systems, architectures, interfaces, dependencies, and modernization activities to support integration of new capabilities across the portfolio. Develop and coordinate technical reports, briefings, read-aheads, information or policy papers, and action packages for senior Government officials. Work technical issues and system-related actions from initial tasking through coordination and resolution, bringing together inputs from Government, program, engineering, and industry stakeholders. Communicate technical analysis and recommendations clearly in emails, papers, presentations, meetings, and senior-level engagements. Interact with Government acquisition leadership, military stakeholders, international partners, the defense industrial base, and the S&T community. This onsite role in Alexandria, VA includes 10% travel and requires a DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years or more of technical experience with C2 or applicable C5ISR systems, including systems engineering, architecture, integration, development, operations, or related technical work
- Experience supporting system development, integration, acquisition, program management, or another complex technical organization
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physical Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
- US Citizen
- DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access, or ability to obtain SCI Access

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with C2 systems, tactical data links, military communications, common operating pictures, or related mission systems
- Experience assessing system architectures, interfaces, interoperability, or modernization and integration activities
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition, requirements, or capability-development processes
- Experience serving in an action officer, staff officer, engineering, or program support role
- Ability to synthesize technical information from multiple organizations into concise materials for senior decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technical systems, ask the right questions, and identify relationships and dependencies across a larger system architecture
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to quickly observe and adapt to a senior Government environment
