Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in the Food/Juice Bar, keep cases and displays clean and stocked, and ensure freshness and quality of products. Operate equipment to prepare juices, coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies; follow procedures for supplies, storage, coolers, product transfers, and shrink. Cook and prepare a variety of food products with temperatures logs and daily checklists; maintain inventory and timely orders. Participate in department production, assist in interviewing and training Food Service team members, and communicate clear expectations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation; maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40lb.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years related high volume cook restaurant experience is preferred
