Operate equipment in the Food/Juice Bar to prepare juices, coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies while cooking meats and vegetables according to the Daily Check List. Maintain fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases, shelves, and products clean, well-stocked, and checked for quality. Track product transfers, manage shrink, and ensure timely inventory and orders while complying with all federal, state, and company regulations for safety and sanitation. Submit temperature logs and station logs to the chef on duty at shift end. Assist in the interview process for team members and provide training to associates. Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
