Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle for the product under your area of responsibility, developing and maintaining security policies, configurations, exclusions, exceptions, and security baselines. Lead the rollout of Trellix product upgrades on Windows end user devices, servers, and VDI systems at least once every two months, while troubleshooting incidents and optimizing performance. Provide technical guidance on endpoint security architecture, test NATO security policies, and create SOPs to ensure configurations align with industry best practices. Support incident response activities, analyze security events and logs, and work with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement for security processes and governance.
Required Qualifications
- currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Recent knowledge and experience in implementing and managing the entire range of Trellix products (threat prevention, application control, host firewall, DLP, drive encryption, ...) on windows end user devices and windows / linux servers
- Experience with service delivery in a complex IT environment, following ITIL processes while maintaining high levels of system availability
