Job Summary
Provide first and second level support for end-user ICT assets, including MS365 devices, while conducting equipment testing and documenting serviceability status. Perform staging of all devices using the Microsoft Configuration Manager system, update inventory databases, and handle device enrolment or handout to users. Investigate and resolve technical issues systematically, maintaining sound knowledge of implemented technologies and assisting superiors with solution recommendations. Requires a current NATO SECRET security clearance, higher vocational training with two years post-related experience, and proficiency in Windows operating systems, MS365, and IT hardware. Full-time on-site role in Brussels with a contract from November 3 to December 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Higher vocational training in a relevant training with 2 years post-related experience
- secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
- good knowledge of IT administration tools used in ICT Service Management (e.g. Microsoft Configuration Manager)
- knowledgeable in recent and current Windows operating systems and common Windows desktop applications, such as MS 365, MS Office and Adobe
- good working knowledge of IT hardware and auxiliary computer equipment
- broad knowledge of computer network technology in a Microsoft Windows environment
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certification
- ITIL certified in Service Operations
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
