Job Summary
Provide VIP-level VTC and A/V support for NATO CSU in accordance with SLAs; coordinate with front office staff to deliver VIP conference support for FOGOs and HQ staff; translate requirements for VTC/A/V service provisioning and manage delivery; support the NATO VTC Network Operations Centre to ensure seamless service across the enterprise with a focus on VTCs between USN assets and Allied forces; act as alternate CIS POC for VTC/A/V asset management; assist NCIA NDW VTC Engineers in maintaining NATO WIDE VTC Infrastructure; serve as the NCI Agency point of presence in North America for VTC and A/V services; liaise with VTC NOC to ensure service delivery; perform travel to other NATO locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- At least 5 years' relevant experience as a VTC and Audio Visual Technician
- Practical experience in planning, installing or maintaining audio/visual equipment and their associated voice or data terminal, line and routing equipment
- Experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of Audio/Visual and simultaneous interpretation equipment
- Experience in a customer service support environment
- Experience in a problem and incident management
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (PCVE)
- Info Comm AV Installation Level 1: System Fabrication
- NATO HD Video Tele Conferencing Facilitator (VTC HD)
- Working knowledge of Crestron / Extron Control Units
- Prior international environment experience (military and civilian elements)
