Job Summary
Lead and/or be part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO military exercises; provide web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing; perform security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies; provide security consultancy and advice to projects, plans, and other entities; build and sustain effective communications with stakeholders (NCIA CC Board, Security Accreditation Boards, NATO Security Accreditation Authorities, and NCI Agency units); brief at executive and technical levels on security reports and testing outcomes; coordinate with Head of the Penetration Testing Cell for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- More than 3 years of web application penetration testing experience
- More than 3 years of IT infrastructure penetration testing experience
- More than 3 years of network security architecture design experience
- More than 3 years of evaluating security vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols and networks
- More than 3 years of researching and evaluating security products and technologies
- Unix and Windows system administration knowledge
- More than 3 years of using penetration testing tools and recognized methodologies
- Scripting skills in Perl, Python, Ruby, or shell (bash, ksh, csh)
- Technical knowledge in system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, application security, malware infection techniques and protection technologies
- Ability to evaluate risks and formulate mitigation plans
- Experience in writing clear and structured technical reports including executive summaries and remediation plans
