Job Summary
Senior IT Service Desk Technician role in Mons, Belgium (on-site, contract) providing end-user support, incident management, remote assistance, and guidance on NATO networks; monitor incident systems, escalate to second-line support, advise management on corrective actions, ensure provisioning/maintenance of client software including standard office apps and NATO-specific software, and perform on-call Level 1 support remotely or on-site. Requires active NATO SECRET clearance and at least 1 year of IT Service Desk experience with Windows OS, Office 2010 (Enterprise), SharePoint 2007/2010, VPN, and wireless/mobile networks.
Required Qualifications
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- At least 1 year of IT Service Desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 Enterprise Edition
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007/2010 (end-user perspective)
- Knowledge of VPN, WiFi, and mobile data (Bluetooth, GPRS/UMTS)
