Job Summary
Automotive Technician role performing preventive maintenance and light repairs independently, including inspections, basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, brakes, alignments, TPMS, recalls, and maintenance, with documentation of work on repair orders. Responsibilities include staying current with factory bulletins and campaigns, participating in manufacturer-sponsored training, and using training to expand knowledge of new technology. The position requires at least eighteen years old, a valid driver’s license, basic tools, ability to pass background and drug screening, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Automotive technical school certifications are preferred but not required; prior D-level tech experience and a strong attendance record are also expected.
