Job Summary
Asbury Automotive Group seeks a C-Tech/Apprentice/Trainee for the Peoria, AZ area to contribute to vehicle service by performing preventive maintenance and light repairs under supervision, supported by ongoing manufacturer and internal training. Responsibilities include completing routine inspections, diagnosing and repairing basic suspension and steering components, brakes, tire services, TPMS, and battery checks; processing repair orders with accuracy; staying current with factory bulletins and recalls; adhering to regulatory requirements on hazardous materials and safety; utilizing training to develop technical skills and participate in manufacturer-sponsored programs; and maintaining a positive, collaborative team approach while meeting attendance expectations. Qualifications emphasize a high level of reliability, a valid driver's license, basic tools, and the willingness to learn; automotive technical school certifications are preferred but not required, and prior automotive experience as a D-level technician is required.
