Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and courtesy to every guest; process transactions; stock, front-face, and organize merchandise; maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store; assist teammates and customers; arrive on time and stay productive between customers; manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; follow safety, cleanliness, and operational standards; demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism; adapt to flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; on-the-job training provided; standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a cooler for portions of shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members
