C-Store Team Member

Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, process transactions, stock and organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store. Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, work independently or as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Maintain attention to detail, adhere to safety and operational standards, and participate in on-the-job training. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel up to 10%. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Reflect Refuel’s values through courteous interactions and professionalism.
