Job Summary
The C-Store Team Member provides friendly, efficient customer service, processes transactions, stocks and organizes merchandise, and maintains a clean, safe store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling money or transactions, ensuring product availability, checking for expired or low items, working solo or as part of a team, arriving on time, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, completing required training, and adhering to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Ideal candidates have experience in retail, food service, or customer service, can perform basic math at an eighth-grade level, and can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying conditions. On-the-job training is provided. Working hours include evenings, weekends, and some holidays; travel up to 10% may be required.
