Job Summary
The C-Store Team Member is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service, processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering attentive service with a positive attitude, stocking and front-facing merchandise, organizing items, and supporting teammates. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; candidates should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with up to a 10% travel requirement. Strong math skills and reliability are emphasized, along with honesty, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members
