Job Summary
The C-Store Team Member provides friendly, efficient customer service, processes transactions, stocks and fronts merchandise, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming store. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, supporting teammates, staying on task in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety and operational standards, and demonstrating honesty and professionalism. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. On-the-job training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
