Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer and thank them for their business. Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times by stocking, front-facing, and organizing merchandise while checking for expired or low items. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail, arriving on time and communicating clearly between customers. Complete required training and follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while demonstrating honesty and professionalism. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established policies. This role supports Refuel's mission to deliver great service and a welcoming experience through consistent execution of daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products
- Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
