Job Summary
C-Store Team Member role handling customer service, transactions, stocking, and store readiness in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. Responsibilities include providing friendly service, processing transactions, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean and safe store, and supporting teammates. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. On-the-job training is provided; travel up to 10% may be required. Reports to Store Manager; non-exempt hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
