Job Summary
Deliver fast, attentive service to every customer while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment. Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise, checking for expired or low items, and ensure the store remains stocked and tidy. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail, arriving on time and communicating clearly between customers. Complete required training and follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while demonstrating honesty and professionalism. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with weekly hours varying based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products
- Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
