Job Summary
Regional Operations Manager overseeing all store operations in Western North Carolina, including managing General Managers, driving store financials (sales, labor, shrink), overseeing food offering quality and profitability, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests and crew, and organizing and leading necessary team meetings. Candidates should have a background in retail and/or food/C-store operations, with experience managing high-volume teams, and hold a diploma/GED (college degree in related field a plus); relocation is available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or GED required
- College degree in related field (business or hospitality a plus)
- Clean background, drug test, and driver's license
- Experience in high volume people management role
- Must have retail and/or restaurant or C-store experience
